This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who wants to own their cases and client relationships while having the support of a collaborative legal team. You'll have flexibility in how you structure your workday, input into case strategy, and legal and administrative support to help you stay focused on practicing law. What You'll Do Manage family law cases from intake through resolution Handle divorce, custody, parenting time, relocation, support, and post-decree matters Develop case strategy and advise clients throughout the process Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, and settlement documents Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trials Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on complex matters What You'll Bring Active Arizona Bar license in good standing 5+ years of family law experience Experience independently managing a caseload Strong litigation, writing, negotiation, and client communication skills Sound judgment in complex and emotionally charged situations A collaborative approach to practicing law What's Offered Competitve base salary based on billables Quarterly bonuses Hybrid work and flexible working hours Health benefits Paid time off and paid holidays Professional-development support Legal and administrative support Autonomy without having to practice in isolation Currently employed but open to learning more?
