Location:
Sacramento, CA — Hybrid schedule with attorneys working remotely up to two days per week.

Must have an active California Bar license and 3+ years of employment law experience, with meaningful employment advice and counsel experience. Job Description Advise employers on a broad range of employment law and workplace issues. Provide practical advice and counsel designed to help clients manage employment-related risks. Research and analyze federal and California employment laws and regulations. Draft employment policies, agreements, correspondence, and other legal documents. Counsel clients regarding employee relations, workplace compliance, and employment decisions. Work closely with clients to understand business objectives and develop effective legal strategies. Collaborate with attorneys across the firm when matters involve multiple areas of law. Deliver responsive, high-quality legal service while managing matters with increasing independence. Qualifications Active California Bar admission. 3+ years of employment law experience. Meaningful employment advice and counsel experience. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Strong academic performance from an ABA-approved law school. Excellent client-service and interpersonal skills. Genuine interest in focusing exclusively on employment law.
