Job Description Advise employers on a broad range of employment law and workplace issues. Provide practical advice and counsel designed to help clients manage employment-related risks. Research and analyze federal and California employment laws and regulations. Draft employment policies, agreements, correspondence, and other legal documents. Counsel clients regarding employee relations, workplace compliance, and employment decisions. Work closely with clients to understand business objectives and develop effective legal strategies. Collaborate with attorneys across the firm when matters involve multiple areas of law. Deliver responsive, high-quality legal service while managing matters with increasing independence.
