Sam Jubran, P.A. is an established Jacksonville family law and personal injury law firm seeking experienced associate attorneys who wants a sustainable practice, professional autonomy, and a life outside the office. This position is designed for a lawyer who already knows Florida family law and is ready to practice at a high level without 1,800+ billable hours, constant emergencies, or unrealistic expectations. Regular production based bonuses are available on semi-monthly basis and so the more ambitious you are the more money you will make each pay period. What This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day

• Manage a reasonable, well-supported caseload
• Work-up and prepare client files
• Appear in court confidently and independently
• Prepare for hearings and mediations with time to do it right
• Communicate with clients
• Work directly with the firm owner—no associate churn, no politics Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $100,000
• $125,000 (plus bonus) Performance bonuses tied to collections Some paralegal and staff support CLE allowance Florida Bar dues paid Reasonable billable expectations Paid time off and firm-observed holidays Total compensation for a productive associate will significantly exceed base salary. Qualifications
• Active member of The Florida Bar
• 2+ years of family law experience required
• Comfortable handling hearings, mediations, and client matters independently
• Strong drafting and client-management skills
