Full-Time NedaLawyer APC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day business operations of our growing law firm. This role is ideal for someone with law firm administrative/operations experience who understands legal billing, client intake, HR coordination, and office management. The Operations Manager will help keep the firm organized, efficient, and running smoothly so our attorneys can focus on clients and casework. Responsibilities Manage legal billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections Monitor client trust balances and retainer replenishments Review pre-bills and ensure monthly invoices are accurate and sent on time Oversee client intake, lead tracking, consultations, and follow-up Track employment law referrals and referral fees Manage vendor relationships, payments, contracts, and renewals Coordinate employee timesheets, payroll preparation, and HR matters Work with the firm's outside HR provider on employee and compliance matters Schedule employee reviews, training, birthdays, and work anniversaries Maintain California employment compliance documentation and records Perform daily calendar audits and assist with general office administration Maintain accurate internal trackers, records, and operational processes Qualifications Prior law firm experience strongly preferred Experience with legal billing and invoicing Understanding of trust replenishment, A/R, and collections Previous office management, legal administration, or law firm operations experience Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines Strong communication and client-service skills Able to work independently and take ownership of firm operations Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership . You should be able to identify what needs to be done, keep important deadlines and processes from falling through the cracks, and help create an organized, well-run office.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
