As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will provide exceptional customer service, gather important case information, and help individuals understand how we may assist with their disability claims. No legal experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth. Remote work is available. Responsibilities Conduct intake interviews and forward information for attorney review. Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and text. Prepare and send new client paperwork and correspondence. Collect required documents and information to complete the intake process. Maintain accurate client records. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional, compassionate, and able to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
