We're looking for a proactive, client-centered professional who excels at timely, empathetic communication and converting qualified leads into signed clients. For others, we provide a supportive in-office environment with the potential to transition to hybrid or remote after demonstrating reliability and mastery of the intake process.
Compensation:
$45,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Promptly screen, nurture, and convert qualified leads with professionalism and compassion. Collect and verify intake information, case details, contact data, and supporting documents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and lead records in our Lead Docket management system. Prepare, distribute, and follow up on fee agreements to ensure timely signatures. Send and track intake paperwork, authorizations, medical records, and identification documents. Schedule and coordinate attorney consultations, both in-person and virtual, ensuring smooth client experiences. Communicate confidentially and persuasively with prospective clients facing challenging situations. Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal staff to keep cases moving efficiently through intake.
Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate You are organized, responsive, and compassionate, with confidence in guiding prospective clients through the intake journey. You understand the sensitivity of clients' situations and take ownership from first contact through signed agreements and seamless handoff to our legal team. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years' experience as an intake specialist in a personal injury law firm. Strong knowledge of legal intake workflows, lead follow-up, client onboarding, and documentation processes. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Comfortable using lead management, CRM, or case management software. Ability to juggle multiple leads and follow-ups in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and commitment to client confidentiality. Tech savvy Preferred Qualifications Experience in a medical malpractice law firm environment. Basic understanding of medical terminology, records, and healthcare documentation. Bilingual skills are a plus, especially for communicating with diverse client populations. Embrace new technology.
