- $155,000 a year 3 hours ago Qualifications Law Caseload management Writing skills Doctor of Law (JD) Attention to detail Contracts Bar Full Job Description Scott J Brook PA is looking for a full-time Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of law experience.
- Litigate cases in court on behalf of clients
- Negotiate settlements and agreements with opposing parties
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Attend client meetings and provide legal advice and guidance
- Represent clients in mediation or arbitration proceedings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
- 2 years of experience practicing in any field of law
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
