Our Employment & Labor practice group is seeking a talented, highly motivated associate attorney. Ideal candidates will have 1+ years of employment or other defense litigation experience, including handling motions and knowledge of both Federal and State Rules of civil procedure, OR clerkship experience at the trial court or appellate court level (Federal or State). Business/transactional legal experience also welcome. Ideal candidates will also have an interest in complex litigation, as well as practice areas such as Employment & Labor, Commercial Litigation/Transactions, Premises Liability, and Municipal Law-related issues. Candidate must have strong communication, research, and writing skills, strong academic credentials, and excellent work ethic and organization. Preferred candidates are those admitted to practice in South Carolina.
