Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of legal work, including managing legal documentation, supporting litigation processes, and assisting with procedural tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent legal writing abilities, and a proactive attitude toward learning and contributing to our firm's success. Responsibilities Assist in managing legal teams by coordinating case files and supporting case preparation activities Conduct research on procedural and substantive legal issues Support litigation discovery efforts by reviewing documents, identifying relevant information, and preparing discovery requests or responses Draft clear, concise legal documents such as memos, briefs, and correspondence Organize and maintain case files electronically and physically for easy access and retrieval Collaborate with attorneys on various administrative and substantive tasks to facilitate smooth case progression Experience Must be a law student Strong knowledge of procedural law and contract management within a legal setting is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality legal writing with attention to detail Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently Effective communication skills to collaborate with attorneys and clients professionally Join us at Becker Law Firm where your contributions will support our mission of delivering outstanding legal services.
