Duties Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft persuasive appellate briefs.

Collaborate with trial teams to preserve key issues for appeal.

Engage in oral arguments before appellate courts.

Participate in strategic planning for complex appellate cases.

Requirements Experience as a judicial clerk, preferably for a federal or state appellate court.

Membership in the State Bar of the office location or ability to become admitted promptly.

Strong academic credentials and excellent legal research skills.

Superb writing and oral communication abilities.

Highly motivated and proactive team player.

Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications State Bar membership where the office is located.

Skills Exceptional legal research and writing skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
