We are seeking a strategic thinker, skilled advocate, and strong writer for a long-term Associate Attorney position. From day one, you will handle complex litigation matters with national significance, enjoying direct client contact, meaningful courtroom experience, and substantial responsibility. As a full-time, on-site associate in our contemplated Dallas office, you will collaborate closely with partners, manage case timelines, participate in client meetings, and shape how modern businesses navigate evolving regulatory landscapes.

Key Responsibilities Litigation Support:

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda for high-stakes federal and state court matters.

Advisory & Compliance:

Counsel clients on data privacy, TCPA, telecom, and consumer protection regulations.

Case Management:

Collaborate with partners to manage case timelines, deliverables, and evidence.

Client & Court Appearances:

Participate directly in client strategy meetings and legal proceedings.

Qualifications Education:

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Bar Admission:

Active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar.

Experience:

Experience in complex litigation, federal court procedures, or privacy/regulatory compliance is highly preferred.

Skills:

Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical abilities. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
