A successful applicant will need a calm, cool, professional, no-drama demeanor in a high-pressure, fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. We are currently scheduling interviews for a receptionist/billing clerk.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff.
- Sort and scan mail, UPS, and FedEx deliveries and distribute to the appropriate personnel.
- Enter timekeeper fees into billing software . Maintain, clean and restock break room, coffee bar, and conference rooms. . Maintain and restock office supply closet.
- Find and retrieve information from files.
- Read incoming materials in order to determine how and where they should be classified or filed.
- Travel to and from the courthouse to file and retrieve documents.
- Perform related job duties as required.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Must have strong attention to detail, timeliness, and accuracy.
- Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must have word processing skills - formatting, proofreading, editing.
- Must have reliable transportation and a current valid driver's license.
