Location:

Note:
Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Utah and have at least 1+ year of experience as an Associate Attorney. An interest in building a career in divorce and family law is required. Prior family law experience is preferred but not required. Job Description Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, and other family law matters. Manage cases from intake through resolution, including negotiations, mediation, and trial preparation. Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, settlement agreements, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies. Appear in court for hearings, conferences, mediations, and trials. Communicate regularly with clients while providing compassionate, strategic legal guidance. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to deliver exceptional client service. Qualifications Active Utah Bar license required. 1+ year of experience practicing as an Associate Attorney. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and client relationship abilities. Highly motivated, intelligent, and organized. Interest in practicing divorce and family law. Family law experience preferred but not required. Trial, litigation, or courtroom experience is a plus.
