Job Description Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, and other family law matters. Manage cases from intake through resolution, including negotiations, mediation, and trial preparation. Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, settlement agreements, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies.
