Over the years, we have seen the importance of the need for a law firm to fight for the rights of Utah Fathers as equal parents with valuable parenting skills that children need. As part of our firm, you will represent clients in Family Law, draft legal documents, and advise clients on legal matters including, but not limited to: Divorce, Custody, Child Support, Paternity, Protective Orders, and Juvenile Court cases. Salary is $120,000-$160,000 depending on experience. Additional benefits and compensation are also added to the base salary. Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research Prepare for and attend legal proceedings and mediations Provide legal counsel in conjunction with senior associates Maintain detailed and accurate client records Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients while also advising them on any issues relating to Family Law, Divorce, Custody, Child Support and Paternity, Protective Orders, and Juvenile Court cases Have the ability to complete 130 billable hours per month Communicate effectively and timely with clients Negotiate settlements for legal disputes Comply with all legal standards, regulations and deadlines Maintain a professional attitude and attire
