Our program is designed to provide hands-on experience, substantive feedback, and a strong sense of community. Summer Associates at Williams Mullen can expect to: Work closely with supervising attorneys on a wide range of substantive matters, with ongoing feedback and mentorship Be paired with associate and partner mentors aligned with your personal and professional interests Participate in volunteer and pro bono initiatives that make a meaningful impact in our local communities The Virginia Beach-based 2027 2L Summer Associate will work with the firm's Transactional Section . The weekly salary for this role will be $3,200.
