Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to assist attorneys with active civil litigation matters, including personal injury defense, general liability, and workers' compensation. Responsibilities include assisting with drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other litigation documents; reviewing and summarizing medical records, discovery responses, depositions, and other case materials; assisting with case and deadline management; and performing other litigation-related assignments as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for a law student or recent law school graduate interested in developing practical litigation experience and working closely with attorneys on active cases from inception through trial.
