The Investment Management practice group at Foster Garvey is seeking to hire an associate with five to eight years of relevant transactional experience to join its team in Seattle. Foster Garvey's Investment Management practice is one of the premier institutional investment practices in the country and has been recognized by Chambers USA and Chambers Global in
Investment Funds:
Investor Representation. Our diverse and dedicated team of experienced practitioners advises many of the nation's largest institutional investors on a broad range of traditional and alternative investment transactions for public and private pension funds, endowments, universities, sovereign entities, and insurance companies. Representing more than 40 public pension funds, including four of the largest public pension funds in the United States, the team has advised institutional investors on alternative investment transactions and related matters since 1989. Candidates located in or interested in relocating to Seattle will be considered for the position.

The Investment Management practice is cross-disciplinary, and team members frequently collaborate with attorneys from other core practice groups throughout the Firm. With experienced practitioners who have worked together for many years, the group is recognized as one of the country's most active investment management practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, drafting, and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously. Candidates should be effective communicators, comfortable working both collaboratively and independently, and committed to providing outstanding client service.
