This isn't a passive desk job; you will be the "air traffic controller" for our office, managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing communications and ensuring every client is directed to the right expert with speed and empathy. No legal experience required—we provide training for the right candidate.
What You'll Be Doing:
Dynamic Call Management:
Actively triage a high volume of inbound calls. You won't just "transfer" people; you will learn to identify the urgency of their needs and ensure they reach the specific attorney or paralegal who can help.
Firm Hub:
Coordinate with our legal staff to manage client deadlines and document collection, keeping the flow of bankruptcy cases moving smoothly.
Problem Solving:
Develop a deep understanding of firm protocols to answer frequent client questions directly, becoming a trusted resource for those navigating financial challenges.
Essential Support:
Maintain firm efficiency by assisting with digital document management, data entry, and clerical tasks during peak operational hours.
