Job Type:

Full Time San Jose, CA San Jose State University Reporting to the Police Lieutenant, the Sergeant is responsible for supervision of an assigned shift of officers and support personnel and is responsible for the protection of life and property and enforcement of pertinent laws within the jurisdiction of the University Police Department. The Sergeant is responsible for the performance of his/her duties under the general supervision of the Operations Division Commander.
