Current member of the Florida Bar in good standing. Four years of litigation or transactional experience are required. Recruitment Notes The Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office ("MDSO") seeks an experienced attorney to assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts and agreements for MDSO. Applicants should be capable of handling all stages of contract drafting, negotiations, and amendments, as well as possess excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills. Prior experience as legal counsel for local or state government is highly desired. The ideal candidate should have at least three (3) years of experience handling contract or procurement matters for local or state government.
