2 Piper Way, Suite 300, Lock Haven, PA 17745.

570-893-4000.About the RoleFull‑time Deputy Sheriff position requiring a valid Pennsylvania driver's license, a high school diploma or
GED, U.S.
citizenship, and the ability to attend training. Applicants must pass a pre‑employment drug screen, demanding physical tests, and training requirements. The successful candidate may be exposed to violence, hazardous materials, and extreme weather conditions. Additional training will be provided by the employer.

CompensationStarting salary $38,304.00 (Grade G). Salary increases to $40,335.00 (Grade I) upon successful completion of state‑mandated training.

QualificationsValid Pennsylvania driver's license.

At least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or GED from a recognized issuing agency.

U.S. citizen.

Eligible to attend either the full 19‑week Act2 training or the 2‑week Act2 waiver program for Act120 certified applicants.

Pass pre‑employment drug screen.

Meet demanding physical tests and training requirements.
