The City of Chandler Police Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as a Law Enforcement Senior Technician
This is a regular full-time, non-exempt position with benefits. The Police Aides are required to work a 4/10 schedule, which may include being assigned to various shifts (i.e., days, swings, nights). The position is subject to a six (6) month probationary period.

Minimum qualifications Must possess a High School or GED equivalency. Must have 2-year of previous experience working in a public facing position where customer service was essential; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work. Must be able to obtain a Level A Terminal Operator Certification from the Department of Public Safety within 6 months of hire. Desired qualifications Previous work experience in a public safety or law enforcement setting is desired Previous work experience with law enforcement records, records management software, and database programs is desired Supervision Work is performed under the supervision of a division supervisor or manager. This position does not supervise others. A register of qualified candidates will be active for 6 months should another position become available. The City of Chandler will conduct a pre-employment background check as a condition of employment. An offer of employment is contingent upon acceptable results.
