Courtesy Officer - Conway, AR Are you passionate about creating a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents? Our apartment community in Conway, Arkansas is seeking a dedicated Courtesy Officer to help maintain a peaceful living environment and ensure community policies are followed. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed law enforcement professional looking to make a positive impact while enjoying the convenience of living where you work. What We Offer Apartment included Opportunity to serve and support the community Flexible role that complements law enforcement experience Work with a professional property management team Responsibilities Patrol the community and inspect common areas, including the clubhouse, pool, playgrounds, and other amenities, a minimum of two (2) times nightly between 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM. Monitor the property for suspicious activity and promptly notify local law enforcement and the Community Director when necessary. Provide additional patrol coverage during holidays, special events, or as requested by management. Identify and report security concerns, including inadequate lighting or malfunctioning security equipment. Maintain communication with the appropriate law enforcement agency regarding your presence and activities on the property. Submit weekly written reports documenting incidents, concerns, and community observations. Assist in promoting a safe, secure, and resident-friendly atmosphere throughout the community. Respond appropriately to emergency situations while following all company guidelines and procedures. Qualifications Must be a licensed law enforcement officer serving in the same city or municipality as the property. Police academy certification or equivalent law enforcement training required. Strong communication, observation, and conflict-resolution skills. Professional demeanor and commitment to resident service. Must reside at the property; apartment provided as part of the position. Important Note Courtesy Officers are not expected to apprehend or attempt citizen arrests except when necessary to protect someone from immediate danger. All incidents should be handled in accordance with law enforcement training, local regulations, and company policies.
