POSITION SUMMARY
The Agent is responsible for executing security operations at assigned sites while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discipline, and situational awareness. This role ensures client safety, supports operational objectives, and represents the company through consistent performance, communication, and adherence to protocols. The Agent plays a critical role in maintaining client trust, preventing incidents, and responding effectively to evolving situations in the field.ABOUT THE DRACO GROUP

Clients feel safe, supported, and satisfied with service delivery Agents consistently meet standards for professionalism, readiness, and performance Incidents are handled effectively with strong judgment and minimal escalation Compliance requirements, licensing, and training are consistently maintained Agents contribute to client retention and positive service experiencesOBJECTIVES
Provide professional security services aligned with company standards and client expectations Maintain situational awareness and proactively identify potential risks or threats Respond to incidents with appropriate judgment, professionalism, and tactical awareness De-escalate situations effectively using strong interpersonal and communication skills Ensure compliance with all state, company, and client-specific requirements Maintain proper uniform, equipment, and readiness at all times Arrive on time and prepared for all assigned shifts Communicate clearly with team members, Site Managers, and clients Complete all required reports including incident documentation accurately and on time Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients and the public Maintain awareness of current threats and adapt to changing conditions Participate in required training and maintain all certifications and qualifications Follow all company protocols, procedures, and standards consistentlyCOMPETENCIES

Experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields preferred Valid licensing and certifications required based on state and role requirements Experience in customer-facing or service-oriented roles preferred Completion of required training and qualifications requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
