Government Contract Job Summary C4SEM Enterprises, Inc., a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract holder , is seeking qualified active and retired law enforcement professionals to support government contract and special-assignment security operations in Fishers, Indiana, and the surrounding area . This position is designed for experienced active or retired law enforcement professionals seeking flexible, part-time or supplemental employment while continuing to apply their training, experience, and professional judgment in a protective security environment. Under the direction of C4SEM supervisory personnel, selected officers will maintain a visible and proactive security presence, conduct patrols, monitor for suspicious or unsafe conditions, enforce site-specific policies and post orders, and respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies. Responsibilities may include access control, foot and vehicle patrols, public interaction, incident response, coordination with local law enforcement and emergency responders, and completion of Daily Activity Reports (DARs), incident reports, and other required government contract documentation . Officers must demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, integrity, vigilance, and excellent interpersonal skills. Minimum Work Commitment Personnel assigned to this government contract are required to work a minimum of 24 hours during each two-week pay period to maintain active status on the contract. Assignments are scheduled on weekdays, weekends, and federal holidays .

Minimum Qualifications Candidates must possess active or qualifying retired law enforcement experience and be able to: Manage conflicts calmly and professionally while working under pressure. Exercise sound judgment and appropriate discretion. Communicate effectively with members of the public, government personnel, and emergency responders. Stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Perform security and surveillance duties in varying environmental conditions. Prepare accurate and professional reports. Follow C4SEM policies, government contract requirements, post orders, and site-specific procedures. Active law enforcement officers may need authorization for off-duty employment and must comply with their employing agency's policies and applicable Indiana laws.
