Community policing and neighborhood engagement

Traffic enforcement and special events

Assisting other agencies during major incidents or specialized operations

Mentoring and supporting fellow officers as needed Schedule & Compensation Full-time position

12-hour shifts with every other weekend off

Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay range: $26.57 - $34.69 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Benefits Designed to Support You and Your Family Medical Insurance

70% of spouse/dependent premium paid by the City

At least 21 years of age

United States citizen

Valid Kansas driver's license

No felony, domestic violence, or serious misdemeanor convictions

Current certified law enforcement officer preferred
