Job Description

POLICE OFFICER
The Town of West Stockbridge is seeking qualified applicants for the position of
FULL-TIME POLICE OFFICER.
Applicants must be 21 years of age or older, be a U.S. Citizen, possess a valid driver's license, have a high school diploma or GED, and be MPTC-certified and in good standing with the Massachusetts POST Commission. Bridge Academy certification is accepted.
Starting Annual Base Salary:
$70,077.57, plus overtime, 14 paid holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Additional Incentives Longevity Pay Uniform Allowance:
$1,500 annually
Education Incentive:
o Associate's Degree in a related field: $1,000 annually o Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field: $1,500 annually
EMT Incentive:

EMT-B:
$800 annually o
EMT-P:
$1,500 annually
Physical Fitness Incentive:
$900 annually
Shift Differential:

Evening Shift:
12% o
Night Shift:
