Salary & Pay Structure Officer (Non-Certified): $64,030 annually ($30.78/hour)

Certified Officer:

$68,860 annually ($33.10/hour) Position is hourly, non-exempt Hiring Bonuses $2,500 sign-on bonus for newly hired non-certified officers $3,500 sign-on bonus for certified officers Benefits Package The Town provides a comprehensive suite of benefits—including health insurance, paid leave, LEOPS retirement participation, and additional employee support resources.
