Pay and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $74,123- $94,605. The City of Kentwood offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 22% retirement plan contribution (12% employer, 10% employee), 11 paid holidays, 24 hours of personal time, 96 hours of sick time, and up to four weeks of vacation annually.
