Job Description
The Howard Lake Police Department is a small, professional and community-focused department with a positive workplace culture that values family, work-life balance, teamwork and a sustainable career in law enforcement. Our size allows officers to know the community they serve, work closely with one another, and have a meaningful impact on the department and community. The City is hiring for multiple positions to meet current staffing needs and prepare for a potential expansion of the department's service area. We are seeking to build a strong applicant pool of quality candidates interested in growing with the department.
