The City of Minnetrista is seeking qualified candidates to join our Public Safety Department. Serving approximately 11,000 residents, our department consists of 20 dedicated professionals committed to providing exceptional service and building strong community relationships. Salary & Benefits 2026 salary range: $80,334-$114,132, DOQ Lateral entry placement based on years of service Up to $6,000 signing incentive for lateral candidates Longevity pay after 5 years Employer-paid health insurance contribution up to $900/month single and $1,500/month family coverage Consideration of prior service for vacation accrual On-site fitness facility Additional Opportunities Special assignments include SWAT, Drug Task Force, Investigations, School Resource Officer, Field Training Officer, and instructor positions.
