Full Time Mounds View, MN Mounds View Police Department The Mounds View Police Department (15 miles north of Minneapolis and St. Paul in Ramsey County) is seeking professional, dedicated Police Officers to join our agency in their commitment of protecting and serving our community. The Mounds View Police Department is supported by Council, an unbeatable Police Foundation, and excellent leadership. 2026 Salary Range $38.24 ($79,539) to $56.09 ($116,667) Salary after 3 years of service: $50.09 ($104,187) Longevity @ 4 years (+4%): $52.09 ($108,347) Longevity @ 8 years (+6%): $53.10 ($110,448) Longevity @ 12 years (+8%): $54.10 ($112,528) Longevity @ 16 years (+10%): $55.10 ($114,608) Hiring Bonus/Employee Referral Bonus Entry Level $3,000 Lateral $6,000 $2,500 Referral Bonus for employee if referred candidate hired (include candidate name on supplemental application) Consider becoming a part of the Mounds View family.
