Job Description
Come join one of the fastest growing police departments in one of Minnesota's thriving cities! The Rogers Police Department is now accepting applications for a full-time police officer. We encourage experienced officers to apply, with lateral transfer opportunities, competitive pay, and an excellent wellness and benefits package. New Civic Campus coming late 2027- early 2028. A variety of career-enhancing opportunities are available, which include but are not limited to: Investigations, School Resource Officer, K9, STRIKE Team, SWAT, Bike Unit, Drone Team, Field Training Officer, Use of Force/Firearms Instructor, Mobile Field Force Operator, Promoted Ranks, etc. All candidates must be licensed, or POST eligible, by December 31st, 2026.
