Provide a law enforcement presence in the ED and other assigned areas of the PHR Campus. Job Description Essential Functions All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's values: Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference. Assists Security Services with enforcement of PH rules or regulations if requested. Assists PH Security Services Officer if assistance is requested. Completes official police incident and accident reports as they occur on PHR campus. Provides a direct liaison with CPD and PH. Provide a CPD vehicle on the PH campus as a deterrent Patrols key areas (i.e. Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit and other areas assigned by PH Security Services). Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory/Management Responsibilities This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive. Minimum Requirements Education - High School diploma or equivalent OR post-high school diploma/highest degree earned Experience - No experience required. In Lieu Of NA Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses Current Certification in Basic Law Enforcement through the S.C. Criminal Justice Academy, currently employed by the City of Columbia Police Department.
