Prepare detailed reports through report writing that document incidents, investigations, arrests, and court proceedings accurately. Manage police records meticulously using police records management systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Engage with community members through outreach initiatives to foster trust, address concerns, and promote crime prevention strategies. Research criminal backgrounds for investigative purposes while ensuring investigations regulatory compliance is maintained at all times. Handle court exhibits carefully managing evidence collection and managing court exhibits to support legal proceedings effectively. Apply procedural law knowledge during investigations and arrests to uphold legal standards and civil investigations protocols. Lead investigations into civil disputes or regulatory violations, ensuring thoroughness and adherence to legal procedures. Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies and military units when necessary for joint operations or specialized investigations. Skills Strong report writing skills with the ability to document incidents clearly and accurately. Excellent data interpretation skills for analyzing crime patterns, evidence, and investigative findings. Proficiency in police records management systems for efficient data entry and retrieval. Exceptional community relations abilities to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse populations. Deep understanding of law enforcement procedures, criminal investigation techniques, and procedural law. Experience in criminal background research to support investigations or clearance processes. Knowledge of managing court exhibits with precision during evidence handling and storage. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, guide investigations, and manage complex situations calmly. Familiarity with civil investigations involving regulatory compliance or disputes. Background in military service is a plus, providing discipline, strategic thinking, and operational experience beneficial in law enforcement roles. Pay:
$53,808.55 - $57,000.00 per year
