MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent. Possession of a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record. U.S. citizenship at time of hire. 40 college level credits at time of application; 60 college level credits prior to completion of 5th year of employment as a law enforcement officer. Must be a certified law enforcement officer with the State of Wisconsin or have the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire and maintain such certification, including required training or statutory requirements. Must not have been convicted of a felony or crime of domestic violence unless granted an absolute and unconditional pardon. Must not have a conviction record or pending charge which substantially relates to the work of a law enforcement officer. Bilingual speaking candidates highly desired.
