Job Description
Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to serve as a Practice Enhancement Attorney within its Client Solutions and Innovation Group ("CSIG"). This role will support the Firm's Practice Enhancement ("PE") initiative to embed artificial intelligence into our litigation practice groups in a responsible, intentional, and scalable way. The ideal candidate would have at least five (5) years of substantive litigation and trial experience, who will draw on that hands-on experience to leverage the power of AI to drive efficiency, consistency, better outcomes, and demonstrable client value. Some technical and AI experience is strongly preferred, including exposure to legal AI tools and legal workflows in actual implementation, as well as experience with process evaluation and change management. We are seeking a self-directed professional with a genuine desire to change how legal work gets done. This is an exceptional opportunity to help lead one of the Firm's key strategic initiatives and to shape the future of legal service delivery. Salary range starting at $210,000.00.
