Experienced Litigation Paralegal Wanted — Be Part of Something Growing A busy and growing Baldwin County law firm is looking for an experienced Paralegal with strong litigation skills to join the team and become an integral part of the firm's continued growth. This is an opportunity for the right person to step into a meaningful role, work closely with the attorney, take ownership of their responsibilities and grow with a firm that is expanding beyond its current staffing capacity.

THE RIGHT PERSON WILL

• Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on paralegal experience
• Have strong experience supporting litigation matters from start to finish
• Be comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Have excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Be confident communicating with clients, attorneys, courts, opposing counsel and other professionals
• Understand deadlines, case management and the importance of keeping an attorney prepared and on schedule
• Be able to anticipate needs rather than waiting to be told what to do
• Have sound judgment, professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information
• Be willing to step up and take on additional responsibility as the firm continues to grow
• Have a proven track record of reliability, dependability and consistent employment

LITIGATION EXPERIENCE SHOULD INCLUDE

• Case preparation and case management
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Pleadings, motions and correspondence
• Discovery and discovery responses
• Document organization and evidence management
• Court filings and calendaring deadlines
• Deposition preparation and support
• Trial preparation and litigation support
• Client communication and case updates
• Legal research and information gathering
• Maintaining accurate and organized case files

WHAT THIS OPPORTUNITY OFFERS

This is not a large-firm position where you are one small piece of a massive operation. You will work closely with the attorney and have the opportunity to become a key part of a growing practice. The firm is looking for someone who wants to take ownership, contribute ideas, grow professionally and build something—not simply work a checklist and go home. The right candidate will have realistic expectations about working in a growing small firm and will appreciate the opportunity to take on more responsibility and have a direct impact on the firm's success.

SCHEDULE & BENEFITS

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• On-site position in Baldwin County
• Benefits package available

PREFERRED LOCATION

Candidates who live in Baldwin County are strongly preferred. A local candidate can avoid the daily cross-bay commute and be positioned for the long-term commitment this role requires.
