The successful candidate will have experience handling issues related to federal procurement, including bid protests, claims and disputes, False Claims Act (FCA) investigations and litigation, compliance matters, grants, cybersecurity, and due diligence in M&A transactions. Interested candidates must have a JD, strong academic credentials, relevant work experience and either a license to practice in Alabama or the ability to become licensed in Alabama .
