Description:
Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a mid-to-senior-level Associate in any office to join the Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice Group on the Electrical Engineering & Software Team.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have IP experience with drafting and patent prosecution and a background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar Experience with AI/machine learning, software design and development, semiconductors, and medical devices is a plus Candidates will have between 4 to 7 years of experience Must be licensed to practice law or can become licensed as soon as possible in the state in which they will work Must be a member of the USPTO Candidates must have outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical abilities Womble Bond Dickinson is committed to leadership in attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse workforce of highly talented professionals.
