Job Description
A respected Arkansas family law office is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal who can keep cases organized while communicating with clients professionally and compassionately.

WHAT YOU WILL HANDLE
- Draft pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and other legal documents
- Maintain case files, calendars, court dates, and filing deadlines
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
- Prepare exhibits and documents for hearings, mediation, and trial
- Assist with divorce, custody, child support, and related matters
WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous family law or litigation experience
- Strong organization, writing, and client communication skills
- Familiarity with Arkansas court procedures and electronic filing
