Job Description

Overview Avian Law Group is a rapidly growing law firm. We started 3.5 years ago with five people who each left their big firm roots to create the next level law firm. We are now 80 people strong and looking to add a personal injury attorney to the team. This is not your typical law firm. No micromanagement. A lot of playing around. Comradery. This means you have to be responsible and accountable for your work. You have to care about people. You have to be independently driven. We celebrate when each other does good, we help each other do better, and we support each other when they need it. In other words, we're looking for good human beings who can do the work they commit to.
The work:
You have to be an Arizona licensed attorney and comfortable with litigating cases: filing the lawsuit, responding to and propounding discovery, taking and defending depositions. Trial experiences and/or willingness a huge plus. Knowing how to do minors' compromises a huge plus. Willing to jump into cases right away.
Pay:
$65,594.32 - $150,000.00 per year
