Responsibilities:

Represent injured clients with compassion and efficiency Evaluate potential new client case facts Comply with legal process and inter-office protocols while clients are undergoing medical treatment Negotiate personal injury settlements and monitor finalization of settlement disbursement Perform management/leadership functions

Qualifications:

Must be a member of the Arizona State Bar or awaiting Character & Fitness Previous plaintiff personal injury experience (preferred, not required) Ability to thrive in a high-volume setting Exceptional written and verbal communication/negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent business judgment and high level of professionalism
