We prefer early-career attorneys who want real responsibility, but we will consider all qualified applicants. What We're Looking For Licensed and in good standing with the Arizona Bar No minimum experience required; all qualified applicants will be considered Competitive, driven, and comfortable operating under pressure Strong analytical judgment and strategic thinking Confident in court and client-facing settings Committed to high-level client service and outcomes The Role You will work directly on criminal cases from the outset, including: Pre-charge intervention and early case strategy Misdemeanor defense and exposure mitigation Support on complex felony matters with senior guidance as needed Hearings, negotiations, and client communication This is a hands-on role with immediate responsibility and meaningful case impact.
