This position is in Construction Defect working on complex cases. We represent the Plaintiffs - HOA.

Requirements:

Licensed to practice Law in California Have Construction Defect experience, HOA experience, and/or Construction law experience Strong in Research, Writing, Discovery and Arbitrations Willing to work in the office as well as conduct site inspections, defecting testing and monitoring the cases We offer a competitive Salary ($160-$180K, DOE) along with generous bonuses.
