• Prepare and submit detailed demand packages to insurance carriers.
• Conduct settlement negotiations to resolve cases effectively prior to litigation.
• Identify cases requiring escalation to litigation and oversee a seamless transition.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams to ensure case updates.
• Collaborate with support staff to optimize case outcomes and efficiency.
