Employment Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side)

Meaningful Litigation Handle sophisticated plaintiff-side employment cases from inception through resolution. Take and defend depositions. Draft and argue motions. Qualifications include:

Active membership in the California State Bar. 1+ years of litigation experience (employment law preferred). Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery. Experience taking and defending depositions. Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload. Trial experience is a plus but not required.
