Job Overview We're looking for a dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our Buena Park location. This role is essential to smooth food prep operations, food safety, and delivering great food alongside our coffee program. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for quality food, we want to hear from you. Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and menu specifications Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, ovens, grills, and mixers Maintain a clean kitchen by regularly cleaning surfaces, utensils, and equipment Assist with food prep and plating to ensure timely service Follow food safety protocols and handle ingredients with proper hygiene practices Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and maintain quality standards Support catering functions and special event food prep as needed Requirements Some prior kitchen or food service experience preferred Valid food handler card required (or ability to obtain one before starting) Familiarity with menu planning, food prep, and basic cooking techniques Comfort operating kitchen equipment safely Strong understanding of food safety and handling procedures Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain portion control Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team Basic knife skills and slicing technique a plus Join our team and be part of a group committed to quality food and coffee in a welcoming community environment.
Pay:
