Established (40+ Years) Premier AMLaw 200 Full-Service Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Commercial Litigation in Cerritos, Irvine, Pasadena, Westlake Village, Marin, or San Diego, CAAn established California-based AmLaw 200 full-service law firm with over 40 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of commercial litigation experience to join their team in Cerritos, Irvine, Pasadena, Westlake Village, Marin, or San Diego, CA. The firm's commercial litigation practice is broad and far-reaching, spanning equity disputes, intellectual property, unfair competition, contract disputes, tortious interference, real estate litigation, trusts and estate litigation, and accounting professional liability, and welcomes attorneys eager to expand into new practice areas. This role offers substantial responsibility, meaningful client exposure, and the opportunity to develop a versatile litigation skill set within a collaborative platform.
Offer:

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience handling commercial litigation mattersFamiliarity with practice areas such as equity disputes, intellectual property, unfair competition, contract disputes, tortious interference, real estate litigation, trusts and estate litigation, and accounting professional liability, with a willingness to expand into new areasAdmission to the California Bar in good standingStrong academic credentials from a well-regarded law schoolExperience managing cases from inception through resolutionExcellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skillsAbility to work collaboratively across a multi-office environment
Responsibilities:
Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters in state and federal courtDraft pleadings, motions, and discovery with limited supervisionTake and defend depositions and participate in motion practiceConduct legal research and develop case strategyManage cases from inception through resolutionCommunicate effectively with clients and opposing counselCollaborate with attorneys across the firm's litigation group
