Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Immigration Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality legal representation in a variety of immigration matters and working closely with attorneys and support staff to ensure excellent client service. Provide high-quality legal representation to clients before the immigration court, USCIS, and other immigration agencies. Manage a diverse caseload of immigration matters, ensuring thorough preparation for hearings, interviews, filings, and related proceedings. Conduct legal research and prepare immigration applications, petitions, motions, briefs, and supporting documentation. Collaborate closely with fellow attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide comprehensive and efficient legal services. Qualifications Active membership in good standing with a state bar. Fluency in both English and Chinese (Must).

$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
